In October 2025, AAIM Data Centers completed the sale of its Nebraska 1 facility to Fortitude Mining, a Digital Currency Group (DCG)–owned Zcash and proof-of-work miner.

Operational since October 2024, the site achieved a notable milestone by coming online just five months after its May 2024 groundbreaking. The facility is anchored by Nebraska’s first privately held substation, operating at 67 kV.
