Site History

2024-10-21: DMG Blockchain Solutions and the Malahat Nation, through its economic development corporation, sign an MOU to co-develop Indigenous-led AI data centers, with the capacity split between the parties.
2025-10-28: A second MOU forms the Malahat-DMG Utility Limited Partnership, a Malahat-majority-owned regulated utility to supply power and natural gas on Malahat lands.
2026-06: DMG reports the definitive agreement is still pending.
