Data Suites Murfreesboro is a modular colocation facility located 35 miles outside of downtown Nashville.
The building is divided into eight suites that operate autonomously or together, so a tenant can take one suite or the whole floor. Across the suites the facility racks roughly 240 cabinets. Each suite can be leased as colocation, as powered shell, or as conventional office space.
Power is distributed at 415V direct to the server, a specification the building was designed around rather than retrofitted for. Cabinets are fed at 225 A and auto-transformed to 415 V, and the standard drop is a 415V / 63 A breaker. Direct 480V and direct 415V feeds are available in four-wire or five-wire configurations, and a whip can be run to a cabinet without a row PDU.
Cooling is air today, with direct liquid cooling supported for tenants that bring chip-cooled hardware; an in-row manifold ties into the existing modules.
