The project includes two Tier III developments: DC Norte Uno, built on a 20-hectare site to accommodate massive AI infrastructure, positioning it among the largest projects in the country, and DC Norte Dos, dedicated to Edge and industrial applications.

Located along the Phoenix–Querétaro connectivity corridor with access to three major carriers, the campus leverages EOSOL’s extensive local and international renewable energy portfolio to help establish Durango as a major digital infrastructure hub.
