CoreWeave
CoreWeave and Core Scientific have begun construction on a new data center at the Port of Muskogee in western Oklahoma. Set to go live in 2026, the facility will host CoreWeave's Nvidia GPUs for an undisclosed client. This Muskogee data center represents a portion of the 500-megawatt capacity that CoreWeave has contracted from Core Scientific for high-performance computing (HPC) hosting operations.
The project has roots in an earlier announcement: In April 2022, the Muskogee City-County Port Authority first revealed a partnership with Core Scientific to develop a 500-megawatt blockchain and cryptocurrency mining data center at the port.
