SH1 is the operating data center building on Centeris's 86-acre private campus in Puyallup, Washington, marketed to the South Seattle market.
Power. 24 MW of built critical load. An on-site 50 MW substation is dual-fed by two 115 kV transmission lines, so substation capacity materially exceeds the current IT load. UPS backup is N+1 for the full critical load, and backup generators are likewise N+1 for the full critical load. Utility power comes from Puget Sound Energy and is sourced from hydroelectric and wind generation.
Space and density. 50,000+ SF of raised floor. High-density options run 3 to 25 kW per cabinet, alongside secure private suites. Average PUE is 1.25. The building is LEED Gold.
Connectivity. Seven carriers on net: CenturyLink, Click, Comcast, Level 3, Verizon, Wave and Zayo. Six pairs of dark fiber run to the Westin Building Exchange in downtown Seattle.
Campus. An adjacent powered shell, SH2, sits on the same campus, plus roughly 35 acres of developable land and three non-data-center buildings.
