Brookfield Asset Management is making a substantial investment of up to 95 billion kronor ($9.9 billion) in an AI data center in Strängnäs, Sweden. This commitment will allow them to significantly expand the facility, going far beyond what was initially planned. To support this larger development, the company intends to purchase an additional 350,000 square meters of land in Strängnäs. Brookfield anticipates the data center will be fully operational within 10 to 15 years.
