In October 2025, two applications were submitted to the town of Marana for a proposed data center campus.
The plan involves developing two sites, each totaling 300 acres, located south of Pinal Airpark Road and west of I-10. Town officials confirmed that the applications were submitted by Lazarus and Silvyn, P.C., representing Fremont Peak Properties LLC, a company owned by Beale Infrastructure.
The two 300-acre sites are currently owned by Corp. Presiding Bishop of Church LDS and Kai Family Tr97 & Kai Tr 97 S12 LLC.
