QTS Richmond 4 (RIC4) Campus is a major data center expansion project by QTS, in eastern Henrico County (Sandston, VA), within the White Oak Technology Park area.
The 478-acre campus across Technology Boulevard from existing QTS facilities is master-planned for up to 10 two-story data center buildings totaling approximately 3.77 million square feet, along with three substations and supporting infrastructure.
Site preparation and early construction activities are underway as of mid-2026, with the project in active permitting for utilities, stormwater, and backup generators.
