The facility is constructed approximately 35 meters underground with 1.5-to-2-meter-thick reinforced concrete walls and original steel blast doors designed to withstand a nuclear event. Its technical infrastructure is built for mission-critical resilience, featuring N+1 power redundancy via twin industrial diesel generators and per-rack UPS systems, all monitored 24/7 by on-site engineers.
