In 2024, Aphorio Carter Critical Infrastructure Fund acquired the Trumbull data center in Trumbull, Connecticut, for $10 million. Built in 1960 on an 8.26-acre site, the multi-tenant colocation facility features two data center pods and one disaster recovery pod.

This data center was previously operated by Digital Realty, which listed it for sale in early October 2024. Following the acquisition by Aphorio Carter, Digital Realty has completely exited the facility and is no longer a tenant.

Digital Realty's 227,552-square-foot data center and disaster recovery facility is located 60 miles northeast of Manhattan in the Fairfield County community of Trumbull, Connecticut.

  • Originally constructed for use by NASDAQ, 80 Merritt Boulevard is presently operated as a multi-tenant facility that is configured in three pods: two data center pods and one disaster recovery pod.
  • The facility 2N UPS redundancy and access to four fiber networks.
