Anthropic: Justified Data Campus

Site planned for 2027 and has expansions through 2028
This site is leased from Terawulf in the TeraWulf: Justified Data Campus building

In a major expansion of its infrastructure capacity, AI lab Anthropic has signed a 20-year lease agreement with TeraWulf to become the primary tenant at the Justified Data campus in Hawesville, Kentucky.

The deal, projected to generate roughly $19 billion in contracted revenue over its term, marks a strategic step for Anthropic as it secures a direct, long-duration physical footprint to power its scaling AI workloads. Alongside the announcement, TeraWulf revealed it is divesting its 50.1% stake in its Abernathy joint venture to a group led by Fluidstack, allowing the infrastructure operator to reinvest capital directly into its wholly-owned projects.
