SK Group and Amazon Web Services (AWS) are teaming up to build an AI data center in Ulsan, South Korea, with a total investment of 7 trillion won (about $5.11 billion). The facility will be located at the Mipo National Industrial Complex and is expected to house 60,000 GPUs. The project will be developed in phases, with the first stage completed by November 2027 and the next phase by February 2029. The plan also includes a potential future expansion of the campus.
