Amazon Web Services (AWS) is developing a data center facility near Taloja, Navi Mumbai, following a $429.8 million investment. The project is situated on a 49-acre land parcel spanning Asode and Burdul villages, which was acquired from Macrotech Developers in late 2024 for approximately $48.35 million. The planned infrastructure consists of six buildings: four seven-story structures dedicated to data center operations and two two-story buildings housing electrical and water support systems.
