5C Data Centers, a Canadian operator, acquired a live data center and plans to develop it into a campus named CMH01. The acquired site encompasses more than 40 acres of land, with a live 66,000 sq ft (6,030 sqm) data center. The company plans to expand to an additional 320,000 sq ft (29,730 sqm) of data center capacity in the next development phase.
