Tract announced its acquisition of a 2,019-acre land parcel to build a gigawatt-scale data center park in Buckeye, Arizona. The park could see up to 20 million square feet of data center space developed across as many as 40 individual data centers at full build-out.
Tract acquired the site from Arizona Land Consulting for more than $136 million; Arizona Land purchased the property for $40 million in 2022.
