Campus at a Glance
The Gateway Digital Campus is a multi-billion-dollar hyperscale development by Provident Data Centers on a 575-acre site in Villa Ridge, Missouri. The master plan features 13 two-story buildings designed for high-density AI and cloud workloads, using a closed-loop cooling system to eliminate daily water draws.
To mitigate environmental impact, over 50% of the site will remain undisturbed green space, including a 1,000-foot buffer zone. Following a rezoning approval recommendation from the Franklin County Planning and Zoning Commission in April 2026, the phased, 10-to-15-year project is projected to generate $50 million in annual local tax revenue and support over 3,000 jobs.
