Data Center Campus
The Douglas Waldrop data center project, led by Trammell Crow subsidiary TC Atlanta Development, is a major infrastructure expansion in the Winston community of Douglas County, Georgia. Following its initial proposal in 2024, the project was officially approved by county leaders in February 2025 after undergoing significant revisions to address local concerns.
The final plan scales the campus into two massive two-story buildings totaling approximately 1.76 million square feet on the 166-acre site formerly known as Waldrop Farm. Designed to support the region’s growing hyperscale demand, the project includes an on-site substation and is slated for its first phase of completion by 2027, with the developer committing to a 22-acre natural buffer to mitigate the impact on the nearby elementary school and public park.
