Data Center Campus
Peterson Companies is planning a massive data center campus in Stafford County, Virginia. Dubbed Project Sisson, the development calls for 16 two-story data center buildings totaling an immense 3.8 million square feet. The campus, located near Albion Lane on the Rappahannock River's banks, will include four substations. Notably, cooling water will be sourced sustainably from the nearby Little Falls Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project is expected to impact about four acres of wetlands or open water.
