Montana Property Group LLC plans Project Spalding on the north side of High Falls Road and Alicia Drive, east of Griffin in Spalding County, Georgia.
- Site: 132.9 acres on two parcels owned by Alan R. Mobley (86.81 and 46.1 acres).
- Plan: Three two-story buildings totaling about 2.56 million sq ft, two admin buildings, an on-site substation and a proposed solar farm.
- Power: The developer reported talks with Georgia Power and MEAG.
- Approvals: DRI #4425, filed in March 2025. The county approved the rezonings to C-1C and the special exceptions in July 2025.
- Status: The county had received no land disturbance permit submittals as of September 2026.
