Data Center Campus
The Taylor City Council has approved "Project Comal," a data center campus to be built on a 220-acre site northeast of Austin. Developed by KDC Real Estate, the facility will consist of six buildings and two substations located adjacent to a new Samsung semiconductor plant.
The project will utilize power from Oncor and is expected to create 3,000 construction jobs over a three-and-a-half-year build cycle.
