- SOC 1 type 2, SOC 2 type 2, PCI DSS (section 9 and 12), HIPAA, ISO 27001, FISMA, built to TIA 942 Class 4 specifications
- High-performance computing (HPC) capable; supports 250 watts per square foot, with the ability to support over 1,000 watts per square foot

The company is based in Dallas and was taken private in March 2022 by funds managed by KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners in a transaction valued at approximately 15 billion dollars including debt.
Its portfolio centers on hyperscale and enterprise colocation across multi-building campuses. CyrusOne has also pursued international growth initiatives alongside its core North American and European markets.
CyrusOne History:
- March 2022: Taken private by funds managed by KKR and Global Infrastructure Partners in an approximately 15 billion dollar all-cash transaction including debt.
- July 2015: Acquired Cervalis, adding four data centers and two disaster recovery sites in the New York metro.
