In December 2024, Corscale Data Centers secured planning approval for its first UK project, the Corscale Court Lane Data Center in Iver, Buckinghamshire. Located on a 14-acre heavy industrial estate between Slough and Hayes, the hyperscale campus will consist of two multi-story buildings and a dedicated substation.
Designed by Gensler, the scheme features sympathetic cladding to protect and architecturally blend with Iver Court Farmhouse, a Grade II-listed building on the site. Pre-development groundworks and utility rerouting are scheduled to begin in July 2026 under contractors McLaren Construction and Phoenix ME, with practical completion targeted for Q4 2029.
