Project Mila is a four-building hyperscale data center campus situated across 141 acres inside the Trenton Industrial Park near Woodsdale and Kennel roads in Trenton, Ohio.
Developed by Prologis with Amazon Web Services as the primary end user, the facility received unanimous site plan approval from the Trenton Planning Commission in March 2026. The master plan spans roughly 900,000 square feet divided evenly among four single story buildings alongside an on site substation. Initial ground preparation begins in late 2026, with the first building targeting operational delivery in 2028 and the full four building campus scheduled for completion in 2029.
