This site is one of two parcels that Amazon acquired in 2025 in Fayette County. Amazon Data Services, Inc. purchased 590 acres in Jefferson Township, Ohio for $102.4 million to develop a data center campus. The purchase consisted of two parcels:

  • Parcel One: 346.8 acres for $42.2 million with a transfer fee of $126,580
  • Parcel Two: 243.0 acres for $60.2 million with a transfer fee of $180,621
