Yondr Group has launched its first data center in Northern Virginia. Having broken ground on the facility in 2022, the first phase is now operational at what will eventually be a two-building campus with 96MW of IT capacity.
Chad Stanley, senior construction director for the Americas said: “Northern Virginia is a critical data center hub, not just for America but globally. With this handover, we have delivered the first tranche of capacity for phase one of our 96MW two-building campus. We have also proved that delivering capacity quickly and sustainably is not just possible, but fundamental to our project design and delivery process. We are specialists in hyperscale data center projects, providing environmentally progressive built assets in strategic locations to deliver reliable, resilient, and urgently needed capacity for our clients.”

Yondr is proud to support this community, ensuring Northern Virginia continues to thrive as a hub of innovation and opportunity.”
