Camro Data Park has announced a refinancing deal with Topland Group. The property investment firm agreed to a two-year financing deal worth £9.25 million ($11.3m) with Camro Data Park. The new data center site is located within the Elean Business Park in Cambridgeshire. Camro already has permission to develop data centers spanning 700,000 square feet (65,000 square meters) across the 43-acre data center site.
An official of Topland Group, Anish Vora, said: “Camro Data Park has the potential to become one of the largest data center sites in the UK. It’s got an exciting future, and we are pleased to have helped bring it one step closer through our senior facility. This is another example of our ability to provide funding across all real estate asset classes.”
Topland Group also noted that it still has more capital to aid data center development and acquisitions.
