Telia maintains Finnish data center with Caverion.

Caverion remains Telia's associate in Finland for data center maintenance. Telia Finland and Caverion continue their data center maintenance cooperation. Caverion is tasked with maintaining the Telia Helsinki Data Center and other large and medium-sized data facilities in Finland for the extended agreement. Many Telia data centers spread throughout Finland's regions are essential for communications traffic. To ensure the uninterrupted operation of data centers, maintenance must be available around-the-clock. Caverion is accountable for the technical upkeep of all building systems and other services on the premises. The contract also includes remote monitoring and control services.

Caverion and Telia have developed a Caverion Automation solution over the past few years, which has increased the monitoring of conditions in server rooms. The solution enables remote management of conditions and execution of required actions in place of a physical site visit. This greatly reduces maintenance costs. 

Ville Tamminen, the head of Caverion's Finland and Baltics division, explains that their services support Telia's primary business and that they are committed to Telia's environmental objectives and the reduction of CO2 emissions in their properties.
