TIAA: Broomfield: Landmark Dividend Acquires Data Center For Undisclosed Fee

Landmark Dividend, a subsidiary of DigitalBridge, has acquired an office and data center from GI Partners in Broomfield, Colorado. According to BizWest, An affiliate of Landmark Dividend, LD DI Assetco acquired the property from GI TC Broomfield LLC, an affiliate of GI Partners. The property is located at 11525 Main Street and spans 8,600 square meters (92,800 square feet). It also has 5,800 square meters (62,000 square feet) of data center space. 

Some of the tenants at the building include Deckers Outdoor Corp. and TIAA-CREF. None of the companies disclosed the terms of the deal. In addition, neither company announced the acquisition of the property. GI Partners acquired the property for $17.5 million in 2016.
