Toronto: Intermarket seeks approval for 100,000 square feet data center in Canada

Intermarket Properties wants to build a data center in Cambridge, Canada. According to Canada Construct Connect, the Company is seeking approval for a 100,000 square feet data center. The proposed data center site is a 40 acre Waterloo Corporate Campus with mixed-use redevelopment that consists of 135,000 square feet of retail, 130,000 square feet of office space, and a previously allocated 60,000 square feet data center.

Moreover, the construction of the 100,000 square feet data center is expected to start before the year runs out.
