Logistics firm Goodman this week announced the acquisition of a 45.8-acre site in San Jose that will host a two-building data center campus totaling 414,000 square feet (38,460 sqm) with up to 97.3MW of available power by 2028.

The property, at 350 & 370 West Trimble Road in Santa Clara County, currently has two existing R&D buildings totalling 500,350 sq ft (46,485 sqm) available for lease from October 2026. The estate will be renamed ‘Goodman Innovation Centre San Jose’ to reflect its new mixed-use purpose.

“This acquisition is a clear illustration of Goodman’s strategy to deliver infrastructure in major cities, adding value to sites with high barriers to entry, and providing future growth opportunities,” said Anthony Rozic, CEO of Goodman North America. San Jose’s talent, connectivity, and power availability make it ideal for a mixed-use campus that advances technology growth and manufacturing innovation.”
