Batam: Gaw & Sinar Primera to construct new DC facility in Batam, Indonesia

Real estate private equity firm Gaw Capital Partners and Indonesian developer Sinar Primera announced a partnership this week to build a data center in Batam, Indonesia. Gaw will be acting as the primary investor in this partnership with Sinar Primera as the development manager will take a minority shareholder stake in the property.
