Fujitsu-occupied data center in Belfast, Northern Ireland up for sale

A Fujitsu-occupied data center in Belfast, Northern Ireland, has been put up for sale. The facility is located at Trident House, 301 Airport Road West, in the Belfast Harbour Estate. The facility sits on a 6-acre site, and it consists of two buildings with up to 36,956 square feet of space. The buildings have an office and a stand-alone data center. The seller, Riddell McKibbin, is looking to sell the single-tenant property for £1.25 million ($1.72m).

Property firm Riddell McKibbin leased the facility to Fujitsu Services Ltd. However, the lease will not expire until December 2021. Fujitsu pays a current rent of 397,000 ($531,000) per annum on the facility.
