Facebook will purchase a $15 Million USD parcel of land for a 970,000 square foot data center campus in Gallatin, Tennessee.

- On May 19th the Gallatin City Council approved tax breaks and a development agreement
- On May 13th Woolhawk LLC acquired the land for $15 million
- The campus will be located near the end of Gateway Drive, just east of gunmaker Beretta's manufacturing plant.
- On May 5th the Gallatin City Council voted to provide access to city water and sewer.
- Facebook may begin construction as soon as this summer, but the Covid pandemic has clouded the construction plans.
