The Birmingham Business Journal is reporting that DC BLOX has contracted to buy the remaining lot of the former Trinity Steel campus.
The site will be built in phases. The first phase which was built in 2019 has 31,000 sqft and 5 megawatts (MW) of customer capacity.
As customers are added, the facility can grow up to 200,000 square feet and 80 MW. The site will also have 11,000 sqft of office space.
