Two months later, DataBank obtained an additional $325 million. TD Securities lead the facility and consists of a $175 million, five-year Term Loan, a $125 million Delayed Draw Term Loan, and a $50 million revolving credit line. In May, DataBank began construction on a new 40MW data center in Atlanta, Georgia, and concluded the expansion of SAN1 by adding 40,000 square feet to the facility.
