Texas: Data Clean Corp acquires data center cleaning business Sealco

Data Clean Corporation has acquired Texas-based critical environment cleaning company Sealco LLC, marking its second acquisition since it was bought by Angeles Equity Partners in November 2022.

Frank Spelman, managing director at Angeles Equity Partners said, “Sealco is arguably one of the most experienced domestic specialty contamination control providers and has long maintained an industry-leading presence in the strategically important Southeast data center market. As data centers continue to scale, and their complexity increases, the need for a sophisticated, critical contamination provider with a national presence is expected to increase.”

Based in Illinois, Data Clean offers specialized facility maintenance services and has branches in Canada, Hong Kong, India, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and the UAE. The company lists Meta, Microsoft, Apple, Google, and NASA as among its customers. It will now combine Sealco's people processes and technology with its own.
