Corscale is developing a 300MW data center campus in Prince William County

Corscale has been revealed to be behind the development of a new data center campus in Prince William County. The Nascent hyperscale data center developer revealed on its website that it would be developing the data center campus in the county. It will be developing a 130-acre 300MW Gainesville Crossing Data Campus on instsate-66 in Northern Virginian County. The firm will start with a 72MW two-story building which will be in operation in 2022. 

The development will also be carried out by real estate investment firm Patrinely. The data center campus development in Northern Virginia’s thriving data center alley further endorses Prince William’s County as the next data center top location after Loudoun. The new site will span across 1 million square feet. It will also have an onsite power substation that can deliver 306MW. In addition, the campus will achieve a PUE of 1.25.
