Corscale: Corscale launches data center platform with Northern Virginia Campus

Corscale, a new data center development platform, has announced that it has broken ground on its first data center campus in Northern Virginia. The brainchild of real estate firm Patrinely Group and its capital partner, USAA Real Estate, Corscale, will launch the first phase of its project, a 483,000 square feet (44,900 sqm) facility with eight data halls and office space in the fourth quarter of 2022. The first phase will also have a capacity of 72MW. 

The facility will span 2.3 million sqft (213,700 sqm) with over five two-story buildings and 306MW of utility power when complete. 


Speaking about the development of the data center project, Stuart Levinsky, Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Corscale, said: “This launch of Corscale’s Northern Virginia data center campus is a testament to our vision to develop a global portfolio of sustainable data centers. It will be one of the largest data center developments in Prince William County to launch in 2022.”
