Cordiant Digital Infrastructure has completed the acquisition of DataGryd. Cordiant also announced that it is renaming DataGryd to Hudson Interxchange. Earlier in January, Cordiant announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire specific assets constituting DataGryd Datacenters’ entire operational platform. The acquisition fee is $74 million, fully funded with cash resources.
DataGryd was founded in 2011, and it operates a data center space in the 60 Hudson Street carrier hotel, New York. It occupies up to 170,000 square feet at the facility. Since the close of the acquisition, Cordiant has now renamed DataGryd to Hudson Interxchange. The company will also look to add extra 120,000 square feet of data center space at the Hudson facility to its capacity.
