CapMan Infra has acquired the Danish data center colocation company Fuzion. This week, the transaction via the CapMan Nordic Infrastructure II fund was announced. The acquisition terms were not disclosed. Fuzion was founded in 2001 and operates out of four data centers in the Jutland region of Denmark, including Skanderborg, Viby J., Aarhus, and Randers. Additionally, the corporation is establishing a new location in Copenhagen.

Fuzion will join CapMan's data center platform, which presently includes Serverius. Christian Holm Christensen, the current co-owner and CEO of Fuzion, will reinvest in the expanded platform and maintain his position as CEO, according to CapMan.

CapMan Infra invests in sustainable energy, transportation, and telecommunications networks throughout the Nordics. This is the fourth investment made by the CapMan Nordic Infrastructure II fund, following Skarta Energy, Napier, and Serverius. PwC Corporate Finance (M&A) and Horten and Linklaters (legal) advised CapMan Infra.
