ByteBridge Signs MoU with Naizak for Data Center Business

ByteBridge has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi tech provider Naizak to form a data center business. The MoU is expected to lead to a joint venture based in Saudi Arabia, which is “designed to accelerate the growth of hyperscale clients and AI-driven data centers across the region.”

ByteBridge also announced the signing of an MoU with South Korea’s FuriosaAI on the same day, with the agreement stating that the two will “engage in good-faith discussions and preliminary cooperation across multiple areas.”

Naizak Global Engineering Systems’ chief strategy officer, Mohammad K. Al Abdulkarim, said: “By aligning our long-standing local expertise with ByteBridge's global capabilities, we are creating a powerful platform to deliver next-generation AI and data center solutions, attract international investments, and support Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals.”
