Boldyn Networks finalizes acquisition of Cellnex's private network business

Boldyn Networks has completed its acquisition of Cellnex's private network business for an undisclosed sum. This acquisition includes Edzcom, Cellnex’s Finnish subsidiary that specializes in private networks for industrial environments.

“By bringing Cellnex's private networks business unit under the Boldyn umbrella, not only are we acquiring additional expertise, but growing our capability to interconnect the most complex environments," said Igor Leprince, Group CEO of Boldyn Networks.
