Atman has announced its plan for a third data center campus in Warsaw. The Polish data center company bought a 5.5-hectare land in Duchnice to the west of Warsaw to develop the new facility. The Atman Data Center Warsaw-3 data center campus will feature three buildings with a total of 36 data halls. It will also have up to 204,500 square feet (19,000 square meters) of data center space. WAW-3 will also have a capacity of 43MW upon full build-out. The first building is scheduled to be completed in Q4 2024.

Atman’s managing board president, Slawomir Koszolko, said: “Atman’s completion of the purchase of the land for its fourth data center location follows our long-term investment strategy. In a broader perspective, it contributes to the development of the domestic data center market, which is attractive to customers of all scales and competitive compared to mature Western markets.”

Atman currently operates three data centers across the country; one in Katowice, with the other two in Warsaw.
