Polish data center operator Polcom is set to build two new data centers and launch a new service platform - Polcom AI Cloud. The two data centers - DC3 and DC4 - will have a combined capacity of 44MW. Each facility will span three floors with three 300 sqm data halls.
The facilities will use hybrid cooling; both air and direct liquid cooling, which Polcom has used in its existing facilities since 2015. The first stage of the photovoltaic farm will be completed in February this year, launching 0.8MW of capacity. The second stage will be completed in Q2 2025.
“From the point of view of the development of our company, the most important thing is our customers – for years we have been trying to anticipate their needs,” said Marcin Gwóźdź, president of the management board at polcom.

"Every investment we have made so far has been dictated by specific market expectations. The same is true for subsequent data centers – by the end of 2026 we want to put into operation one of the two planned data centers, which will allow us to provide efficient cloud services for our customers, and will also allow us to provide scalable infrastructure for platforms using AI or machine learning."
