Investment firm Ares Management has increased its stake in Sabey Data Centers. Sabey Corporation and National Real Estate Advisors said Ares Secondaries funds have expanded their investment in Sabey Data Center Properties, bringing Ares’ total commitment to more than $500 million. Sabey currently operates around 275MW of data center capacity across four million sq ft (371,612 sqm) in the US, with its expansion pipeline expected to reach approximately 737MW by 2033.
