Western Hospitality Partners is planning a data center campus known as Project Lincoln: OC Data Center on a 267-acre plot of land at 3557 North Highway 53 outside La Grange in Oldham County, some 28 miles northeast of downtown Louisville.
“After many rounds of research and assessment, Oldham County has proven to be the ideal home for the OC Data Center,” said Clifford Ashburner, Dinsmore partner, on behalf of Western Hospitality Partners. Oldham County planning and development director Ryan Fischer told the Courier Journal that Western Hospitality Partners - Kentucky LLC was the company applying for the data center.
“This project helps strengthen America’s position as a global technology leader,” he said. “Oldham County will be proud to host this development in that effort. My participation will assure that the data campus exceeds requirements, addresses all concerns, and benefits the entire community while preserving everyone’s quality of life.”
