TA Realty received site plan approval for a data center project in Ellenwood, southeast of Atlanta. The 35-acre development will be located between Dunn and Williamson roads on Tanners Church Road.

TA Realty is constructing a 45-acre data center campus at the corner of Elmhurst Road and Old Higgins Road. The development includes four two-story buildings and an electrical substation.
In November 2023, TA Reality announced that the entire 5 building campus would be leased to a large hyperscaler.
TA Realty has filed an application with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs to build a data center campus at 7170 Red Oak Road in Union City, Fulton County.
