SR-Kiinteistöt

SR-Kiinteistöt Oy is a private real estate company based in Pori and registered in 2012. Its owner is Jali Prihti. The company leases office, warehouse and production space at Konepajanranta in Pori. It also runs the SR logistics centre for companies in Satakunta and the Mekani event venue in a former factory building.

In October 2026, the Liperi environment board approved a lease of about 1.35 hectares on Mäntyläntie in Viinijärvi for the company's data centre project.
In May 2026, the Kauhajoki city board leased a plot of just over six hectares in the Aronkylä industrial area to SR-Kiinteistöt for a data centre project company to be founded.
