Cineca is a inter-university consortium established in 1969, bringing together 120 members — including 70 Italian universities, 48 national public institutions, and 2 Ministries. As Italy’s largest supercomputing center, Cineca plays a key role on the global stage of high-performance computing.

With a team of over 700 experts, Cineca provides advanced services in scientific computing, network management, and complex data systems, driving technological transfer and innovation across sectors.

Acting as a bridge between academia, research, industry, and public administration, Cineca fosters collaboration and supports Italy’s progress in scientific research, digital transformation, and IT applications.
